The
engineering construction project of non-hazardous treatment of municipal
solid was te
in Zhangzhou City is one of the capacity construction projects of
municipal solid waste management of China aided by the U.N.D.P and
the E.U.. This project supports the institutional reform of the government;
enhances the level of municipal solid waste management and helps to
complete the transition to market control in the solid waste management
.This project will help our city  to
determine the solid waste management scheme and draw up a feasible
comprehensive taxation system (including fee collection ) so as to
ensure the cost recovery and the smooth going on of the work. Each
work report has been submitted to the related units to be examed and
included into the documents of China’s municipal solid waste management
strategy under the project of the capacity construction of municipal
solid waste management system and new technology of China.
The non-hazardous comprehensive treatment facility of municipal solid
waste of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province is locat ed
at Jiulongling, a southern suburb 15 kilometers away with the area
of 586 mu. According to the principle of “minimization, reutilization
and non-hazardous treatment” Yuan has been invested to this space
and its daily ability of waste treatment is 400 ton. This space is
designed by construction institution of construction Department having
limited period of and There is a set of fluid bed burn stove of waste
(1000ton/day), a system of making fertile under high pressure and
wet dissolve(200ton/day) and sanitation fill (100ton/day). Owning
the purifying instrument of smoke and dust treatment, the collective
treatment system of percolation liquid of waste, the system of environment
monitor, and the facilities of making use of redundant heat after
burning , this waste space is listed as the demonstration engineering
of national waste treatment by the huangwei technology researching
institution of construction department and the project of circulation

After entering to the space, the waste is calculated by management
system of microcomputer and carried to the platform of unloading
material and pour into the collective trough. After being selected
